What people are saying

Finally stopped hunching

I work 9 hours at a screen and by 3pm I was always folded over. Two weeks in and I catch myself sitting up without thinking about it.

Wear it under a shirt no problem

Was worried it would be obvious at the office. Nobody has noticed and I have worn it most days for a month.

Takes some getting used to

First few days my upper back ached. Dropped down to 20 minutes a day like the instructions say and it settled. Now fine for a couple of hours.

My shoulder pain is basically gone

The knot between my shoulder blades that I have had for two years has almost gone. Not saying it is a cure but it has helped me more than the physio stretches did.

Good build quality

Straps feel solid and the padding has not flattened out yet. Have washed it twice with no issues.

Sizing runs slightly small

I am a 40 inch chest and went with L, should have gone XL. Still works but it is snug. Measure properly before ordering.

Worth it for desk work

Bought the 2 pack so I have one at home and one at the office. Best fifty quid I have spent on my back.

Noticed a difference in photos

Sounds vain but I look completely different in pictures now. My partner pointed it out before I did.

Does what it says

It is a strap. It pulls your shoulders back. It is comfortable enough to forget about. No complaints.

Gaming posture fixed

I game about 5 hours a night and my neck was wrecked. Wearing this for the first hour of a session has fixed the worst of it.

Bought a second one for my mum

She has had lower back trouble for years. She is 62 and finds it easy to put on by herself, which was my main worry.

Discreet and light

Barely feel it after ten minutes. Only knocking a star because the instructions could be clearer about how long to wear it at first.

Most posture correctors are a strap and a hope.

Built around how desk work actually pulls your shoulders forward.

  • 8 hrs

    The hours that cause it

Desk work pulls your shoulders forward all day. This is support during those hours, not a stretch you do afterwards.

  • 20 min

    Start small, build up

Begin with short sessions and work up to a few hours. It is made to work alongside movement and breaks, not replace them.

  • 5 sizes

    Measured, not one-size

Five sizes in two colours, matched to your chest measurement. Sizing is the thing most braces get wrong.

Designed to actually correct posture

Most posture braces just hold you in place. This one builds the habit.

  • Designed around the desk

Built for the specific way sitting at a screen rolls your shoulders forward.

  • Corrects without forcing

Gentle tension cues you upright rather than locking you into position.

  • Made to be worn daily

Breathable strapping that holds up to being worn every working day.

FAQs

Does it actually work?

We spent hundreds of hours testing strap tension, padding and fit before settling on this design, and we kept adjusting it until it did the one thing it needs to do — hold your shoulders in the right position without you having to think about it.

It works by cueing you upright rather than locking you there, so the change comes from the habit you build while wearing it. If it doesn't do that for you, send it back within 30 days and we'll refund you.

How long until I see a difference?

It varies, and we are not going to promise you a date. It works by cueing the position rather than forcing it, so the change is gradual by design — you notice it first as catching yourself mid-slouch, not as a sudden fix.

How long should I wear it each day?

Start at 20 to 30 minutes a day for the first week, then build up towards a few hours across your working day.

It is not meant to be worn all day indefinitely. The point is to cue the position often enough that you start holding it yourself, alongside movement breaks and a workstation that is set up properly — leaning on it permanently works against that.

Going straight to a long session usually makes your upper back ache, because the muscles holding that position are not used to the work yet.

Is it machine washable?

Yes. Cold wash on a gentle cycle, ideally in a laundry bag so the straps do not tangle, then leave it to air dry.

Do not tumble dry it. The heat breaks down the elastic and the brace loses its tension.

Will it show under my clothes?

Under a normal shirt, jumper or hoodie, no. Under something very thin or tight-fitting you may be able to make out the strap line across the shoulders.

What size should I order?

Measure around your chest, under the arms, and check that against the sizing chart on this page. If you fall between two sizes, go up — the straps adjust down, but they will not stretch past their maximum.

What if it doesn't fit?

Get in touch and we will sort out a different size. You have 30 days from delivery.

Keep the packaging if you can, and let us know your chest measurement when you message — it makes getting the replacement right first time much easier.
