Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your ZeroSlouch experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

       In the same condition as received — unworn and unused

       In its original packaging with tags attached

       Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at twilightaesthetics67@gmail.com. We will review your request and provide instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at twilightaesthetics67@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

       Sale items or items purchased with a discount code

       Gift cards

       Items that have been worn, used, or are not in original condition

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Contact us at twilightaesthetics67@gmail.com to get the process started.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must still be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging — along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
