At Zero Slouch, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns
You can return your order for a full refund once it's received back by us. Please contact us at zeroslouch67@gmail.com to start your return.

Order cancellations
As we aim to process orders fast, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. Requests after this window can't be guaranteed, but your order can still be returned once received.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at zeroslouch67@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refund processing
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you paid by card and haven't seen the credit after that window, check with your card-issuing bank — there's sometimes a short delay on their end.
