Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and Australia. No minimum spend required.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
• United States
• Australia
We do not currently ship to other countries. If you’re outside these regions, please contact us at twilightaesthetics67@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
• United States: 6–11 business days
• Australia: 6–11 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Occasionally deliveries may take slightly longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at twilightaesthetics67@gmail.com.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. ZeroSlouch has no control over customs processing times or fees.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at twilightaesthetics67@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events outside our control, but we will always do our best to resolve any issues quickly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. ZeroSlouch is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at twilightaesthetics67@gmail.com and we will try to update it before dispatch.
