My office chair is finally usable
Nine hour days in a cheap chair had my lower back aching by 2pm. Two weeks with this and that has basically stopped.
Set it once and the chair does the rest.
Sit back fully, then slide the cushion so its fullest part sits in the small of your back, just above your belt line. That is the gap the chair leaves open.
Run the strap around the backrest and pull it snug so the cushion cannot creep downwards as you move. Loose enough to shift a little, tight enough to stay put.
An hour or two a day to begin with. Sitting properly supported uses muscles that have been off duty for a while, so give them a week to catch up before you use it all day.

Long drives were the worst part of my job. Straps onto the seat and stays exactly where I put it.
I had a foam one before that was pancaked within a month. This one still has its shape after eight weeks.
Felt strange at first because it pushes you more upright than you are used to. Fine by day three.
The built-in pillow on my chair was useless. Swapped it for this and long sessions stopped wrecking my back.
Small thing but it matters when it lives on a chair you sit in every day.
Fits my desk chair fine but was a stretch on a wide armchair. Works, just barely.
Third trimester and sitting at a desk was miserable. This made the last two months bearable.
Office, car, and the sofa. Cheaper as a bundle and I stopped carrying one around.
Not a soft pillow, it is proper support. That is the point, but worth knowing before you order.
Got the grey and it looks like it belongs on the chair rather than a medical device.
Showed it to her and she said the shape is right. My back agrees.
